The INTACT project took place in 2012-2015 and was addressed school’s growing need to attune to the fast development of the digital world.  The project aimed to develop reliable teaching materials for mathematics, natural and social sciences to be used on such platforms as whiteboards, tablet and smart phones in order to promote a culture of collaboration among students and an interactive approach to learning.

Teaching materials were developed by experts in educational design from Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal, Romania and Spain and were thoroughly tested in pilot schools by experienced teachers. For the purpose of facilitating their adoption in the classroom the materials were developed in accordance with the national curricula of all the countries mentioned.

INTACT wants to connect the schools from all over the continent in real time and to provide the students with a truly European education.
